Note 3 Neo = Note 2 Hardware + Note 3 Software & Design
As simple as that. For me, Note 3 Neo is much more worth it compared to Note 2 and Note 3 since its cheaper.

OMG, current retail price of Galaxy Note 3 Neo in Malaysia is only RM1080 (or USD350)!!!
This is the only value-for-money smartphone in Samsung's history that gives other smartphone makers a run for their money!! I really2 recommend you guys to get this phone.

If budget is not a problem for you then go for s5 or htc one m8,
Pros of galaxy s5:
1.Water resistant upto 30 min
2.Amoled display for great contrast
3.Heart rate sensor etc and other extras
4.Removable battery
Pros of htc one m8:
1.excellent built quality, total metallic.
2.good ips display for natural colours
3.htc sense ui
4.good camera
Pros of note 3 neo:
1.great s-pen features
2.5.5 inch amoled display
3.hexacore chipset which performed great although not as good as s800 or s801
4.excellent battery back up.
If you want value for money then go for note 3 neo as it is almost 30-40% cheaper than htc m8 or s5.
Performance wise s5 and m8 both are great as they have the sane chipset..so ig you can pay more then go for s5 or htc m8, or if you want value for your money then go for note 3 neo..hope this helps you..!

Samsung note has always been a status symbol but Neo 3 is the next generation BEAST.... I have been using Neo since last 2 weeks and the performance is really impeccable. Camera quality is much much better than Note 2. I do acknowledge that in terms of specs both Note 2 and Neo are same but once you start using Neo than you will really feel the difference..... Neo 3 style is something which will define your status symbol.. It is quite handy...I would rate Neo 9/10 because nothing is perfect but believe me guys without no confusion go for Note 3 Neo if you have a budget around 30K....Neo RoCKZZZZZZZ....

Guyz.. in my opinion Note 3 neo is a fantabulas device.. I'm using this since twp week. I didnt face any prblm yet and the battery is amazing.. if you want to buy a medium price high end fablet.. go for it..

This phone is just fantastic....All things are working properly no lags no hang fast processor. Superb camera ...& the last but not least stylus pen just a amazing. .....from my side 10 out of 10 for Samsung note 3 neo....ROCKZZZ

Facing issues with with signals specially while DATA is enabled and yes one more thing it shows full signal strength even without inserting the sim so be careful if you are living where signals are weak there are other software bugs as well i am using this phone for about a month it looks like a good china copy of ORGINAL NOTE 3 :) if you have budget then go for ORGINAL
