hi note 3 neo kitkat is good but lolipop is so bad, hanging problem but kitkat is smooth, lolipop is so poor

I've installed the Indian ROM update within hours of the release, 890MB. After the update, first thing I did was a factory reset of the phone. Then to be extra sure I did a wipe cache partition. I've read that phone would tend to be a little laggy bout a week so I waited to comment on the update.
So this is what I noticed over the past few days. The ui looks new, obviously. But feels fresh, few instances of material design are visible even in touchwiz. UI is smooth. App switching has got the lollipop card system. Too many cards for my liking, but that's my opinion. Screen on time I got was 3h55m on day two and 16% battery remaining, with approx 23hrs on battery. So overall I'm getting a solid day per charge. I use the SPen to launch the calculator a lot, I've noticed it launches a bit quicker than on 4.4.2. Native apps load quicker for sure. Also the lock screen notifications are brilliant with the option to launch the camera.
Overall, after a few days of using 5.1.1, I feel satisfied after updating. Still getting used to a few core changes. I recommend you guys to upgrade, but do ***factory reset***

I have not updated still...nd after read the users review i will not update..m happy with kitkat..its like 3d screen with black & blue color...😀😀😀😀

Indian OTA upgrade. Upgraded Note 3 Neo to Lolipop. Upgrade was easy and no hassles. problems starts after that.
1. Contacts update issue - [How Samsung could release this s/w upgrade without resolving this issue, as this issue was seen in other earlier releases of Lolipop in other SAmsung phones]
2. Lags seen. Worse than KitKat.
3. Worst issue - Battery drains super fast.
4. need to check other features.

As the file size of Russian rom is more, it contains all essential features and has no problem in it. Yes the battery drains in LOLLIPOP but pretty less compared to the Kitkat that heats up and drains the battery life. So use "shut app-real battery saver" it saves the battery for long time. Trust me guys if you do so, you will surely enjoy the phone. And do uninstsll all the cache clearing apps like clean master, du booster and rest of the battery saving apps if you have installed in it because it will drink your battery and heats up like a hell. Happy Lollipop Everyone. :-)

Yesterday got the Lolly update its awesome, everything is working fine and the better than Kitkat.

TBH, I have used the lollipop update and it was just disappointing to begin with. I have switched back to KitKat (the early 2015 one.) . It is so much faster than lollipop with pretty much no bugs.
