After Any major update we should back up our data in a PC or Laptop and then do a factory reset.
I did this. And after that there was no hanging problem. And battery life was really good.
Everyone backup ur data and factory reset. Every android phones needs it.
And after the reset is done,give it a week's time to settle things down. Dont use ur phone heavily till 2-3 days after thr reset.
THIS IS THE ONLY SOLUTION. GO FOR IT.

problem with the lock screen simultaneously with google play services an... moreBut so far for now we can forget for a while the upset by remove or turn any of the lockscreen effect at setting. It will make our phone like no bugs untill the fixes come out...

problem with the lock screen simultaneously with google play services and system ui force closes in nearly 1 minute after screen off...
try to clear cache and reboot but nothing can solve this issue... hopefully samsung will release the fixes as soon as possible

Hii....i am very happy tht samsung has finally released lollipop for note3 neo N 750 in india...i have upgraded my phone yesterday and i have found few problems that i am facing.
Cons:- 1) The lock screen lags frequently and its very irritating sometimes
2) Home screen menu also get hangs and don't work sometimes
3) Battery gets drained easily. Lollipop uses much more battery than kitkat....
Conclusion:- overall lollipop is good enough and would be best if they solves the problem of lock screen and home screen menu hanging.

Have updated my phone to 5.1.1 yesterday and here are some observations -
Smart scroll feature has been removed.
For all those who use the alarm feature to wake up then the set alarm time no longer shows on the lock screen. Only the icon remains in the notification panel.
Icon sizes have increased and it no longer look classy or premium as it used to before,
Battery life has increased somewhat but only when the phone is idle and the screen off, but consumption has also increased marginally when you surf your phone because of the all white background.
Found somewhat touch and lagging issues but only when the phone is idle for long, i.e. when the I pressed the home or the power button after the phone is lying idle for a long time then it does not respond or takes long time for the pattern lock to open and the menu to come up.
Hope a further minor update will solve the issue,
Other than that the phone is a breeze to operate.
Will revert after further observations.

No issues, if you have received it automatically by clicking the software update button in your phone. Works nice. Do keep the internal phone memory free up to 4 GB always to run the phone smooth and laggy free.

Yesterday i received an Lollipop update to my Note 3 neo. It's amazing. No issues with battery draining. Neat n clear. But gulps 700 to 800MB of phone memory. Overall nice.
