No u cant update thro ota....u need to download again russian lollipop latest verstion...and maually flash it.....ota will wont work

I did the same and found no problem yet, its about 10 days while i am using it.

I flashed my note 3 neo with the Russian lollipop update.....few things I noticed that first when I rebooted my phone I heard the same old Samsung sound/chime as the previous version of kitkat when my Samsung logo came up while rebooting...whereas there is a new upgrade chime in the lollipop update when the phone reboots and Samsungs logo appear.Then,net is working slow.Then,in the notification panel there is no quick search and S finder option,when it should be below the brightness toggle.There is no ultra power saving mode.Its laggy.Hanging very much.There is nothing new in the settings.I can't write every details but many things are not right

just now I'm just finding the way how to root the lollipop firmware :D ;) :)
