Felt cheated today as I realised after nearly 10 months that the note 3 neo that I pu... moreits not really samsung's fault. you as a buyer should have seen which model of the n3n supports 4g and should have bought the appropriate one. If you really want the 4g, the only way to upgrade is sell off before the 12 months period and buy the 4g version.
however there are other 4g phones that are better than n3n like the moto x play, etc which are in the same price range as n3n.

This is the biggest trash of Samsung it totally disappoint me of the brand. Hold on Iphone i'm coming!

Some mobile phones show 4G or LTE but those are same meaning.

I thnk we all should forget the lollipop update and enjoy the kitkat OS.Samsung doesn't care about their users what we want.They just giving tha small budjet crap phone update and forgotten this device which is of note series.Really shame on u samsung or Samsucks..😧😭

taran, 25 Sep 2015I used n3n official charger but my phone is charge very slow and if I use Internet then It dra... morei am using china made 2amp output charger and full charge with in 150 minutes. charger should be 2amp output capacity if still problem persist issue could be usb cable which is using for charging. i am using direct 2amp wall charger, no usb cable.

I m using note 3 neo since 2 yrs.very impressive performance battery life and nice features. Waiting for note 5 neo.......why samsung is not releasing any note neo phone after this one.....when it wil b updated 2 lollipop?

Khye, 21 Sep 2015Open your battery statistics and see which all is draining your battery. Check if you enable... moreThese settings may not help you much as 2hrs of battery usage is very poor. Try format/reset the phone. If still not worked, show to Samsung Gallery.

Check if you enable anything that uses power, like Personal Hotspot, GPS.
If you still can't fix it, last solution is to factory reset your phone and see it shall be fix.

Hey i got this phone 9 months back. Everything was ok until 2 months before when i started facing battery issues. The battery wont last for more than 2 hours of screen on time on a full charge of 100 percent.. Is anybody else facing the same issue? Please guide..thanks
