i also have a samsung galaxy note 3 neo. it always laggy when i used it to play some games that graphics is nicer but when i play those games in ipad or iphone it no lags and heatty. i am too disappointed to samsung although it hads more features than iphone but apple wins at last because of quality.

I am writing genuine review. So I purchased this product in march I was very happy that finally I have note series but after using it I saw it gets heat up frequently. The heat was so intense its was really difficult to put phone on ear.Phone also gets heat-up while charging (always). Its signal strength is very bad (F***king Bad). I put my Vodafone Sim(prepaid) never get signal inside my home. Now you say thats ISP fault , No I put the same SIM in my old nokia phone and it works like charm. Even I replace my SIM.I went to service centre for this issue and they say we are getting good singal here and your phone is working perfectly.I cannot do anything now so had to sell this and suffered loss of Rs8000. I will never buy samsung again.

I guess you're the one who is leaking their secret official informations... Also dude, if any phone is provided an andriod OS update than it is necessary for the company to stablise it..! Otherwise it effects the reputation of the brand... Anyways, I am still doubtful about the fact that will it get the update? Because it already got an major os update ( jellybean to kitkat), also its not a flagship to get the update, mostly normal samsung phones get only one update and the note 3 neo has got it... Anyways their 1st priority as if now is the entire E and the A series...

Did you made that rule and samsung violated te same, so you are mad on them? The samsung had a great chipset on the note 3 neo and including the features it couldn't be kept under 15k so it was launched with a price tag of near about 35k... Also there is a diffrence between a flagship and an ordinary phone... The flagship is somthing that sells much, so samsung has to anyhow provide it updates in order to keep the company reputation..!! This is the strategy of most of the brands.. Like sony also provided its flagships with updates.. Although most of the sony phones got the update but it was not announced on a huge scale, it just silently pushed the updates..!! Also dude, I am a no company fan, I support the right...!!

I found that the phone is getting heated up while speaking for about 5 to 10 mins. The heat is so intense that it is affecting my ears also
I checked with a app called cpu temp and CPU temp shows around 41 to 50 C.
Is it normal or my device is faulty. What is strange that the basic purpose of the device is to call others and that looks compromised.
