It didn't get any update...!! The criteria of samsung is that it brings new phones instead of providing the same phone updates... Just check it out... Sony hasn't launched any new midrangers... Except for the M4 aqua... Also don't talk about htc... Its midrangers are just shit..!!

Today is 30th june means end of your Q2 for lollipop upgrade. .still we are sucking on 4.4.2. . I suggest you to learn from HTC that they was updated his midrange phone called HTC desire 816 they updated it 2 month ago . .learn from SONY they also update their midrange phone called Xperia T2 ultra 2 month ago . .and you are trying to say we are still working on midrange devices lollipop . . I have spended 24000 for purchase of Note 3 neo . .and now i think its my big big big mistake . . Note 3 neo have hogh class features. .like note 3 . .!!! Please i suggest you dont fool your customers they have good trust on you. . Now these shops stopped recommending HTC due to lack of spare parts and delay in service. For the same priced htc phones theres no guarantee that it would get lollipop and plus samsung too. So with comparing kitkat on samsung and other htcs(kitkat 4.4.2 runs very good on note 3 neo), i would suggest the note 3 neo is far better. Thats why i chose this in nov-2014.
