And I am using it with 4.3 jellybean.
I confused about the update to kitkat.
what is the improvement in kitkat update than jellybean.

I have note 3 neo my phone auto brightness is sometimes not working when i restart the phone then it is ok .... same things in accelerometer sometimes not working when i restart my phone it is ok..... Friends Pls Reply Me Does Someone Facing This Issue? pls reply me pls help me

My note 3 neo keep turn off by itself while charging.. ... morejust update the firmware.
I was having the same problem which got solved by 21 MB update 2 months ago.

I have charging issues in my note 3 neo...my charger is not charging my phone it takes 5 to 6 hours to fully charged...which charger should i buy now?

come on its a Note phone why no lollipop till now?
i am really upset till now no update of lollipop as motorola moto g has got update of lollipop but not for this device..

AnonD-371180, 01 Jun 2015I m facing problem in my phone. Charging is very slow in 1 hour my phone only charge about 10%... moreI too have the same problem. So I recommend you not use the Samsung charger, but use Nokia lumia charger.
Trust me. You can charge it 20% in just 5 min.
