but, my note 3 neo keeps turning off often by itself while charging..
They said (the service center) try to fix it by changing the connector and memory slot..
lets see what will happen next.. XD

Idk what's wrong with note series..
My note 3 neo keep turn off by itself while charging.. so do note 4 which belongs to my mom..
My note 3 neo has been services.. they said that my phone got software problem.. but the problem still exist after.. and now, they fix my phone by changing both connector and memory slot..
I wish it will ending the story of my phone illness XD
Is anyone has the same problem?

You should find another outlet or service centre or make an order from them. That's the safest place to get genuine product.
