I thought it was due to some software problem in my phone so I gave it to the centre to flash and reset it... But after that the phone just got an 11mb update and then showed that it was fully updated...!!

touch screen stopped working down the left- hand side on

boxes in my mail application either . It ' s a bit iriating but it
doesn' t seem to be the screen as I can write or check boxes
