I found that the picture clicked by the zenfone 2 on zooming did not get much pixelated but the note 3 neo's camera got easily pixelated... Anyways I haven't tested it that deeply, that image was a daylight condition image, I would test it further

I think that only the note 3 neo's battery life would beat the zenfone 2 ( single sim and dual sim difference #maybe)... In all other sectors the zenfone 2 will beat the note 3 neo...
Camera- I compared it myself, the zenfone 2 beat the note 3 neo in clarity. The zenfone already runs on the lollipop and will surely get more updates, whereas the note 3 neo is likely to get the update but only 1-2 regions are confirmed to get the update, also this update will be the last from samsung for this device because its quite old now...
Performance will clearly differ coz the processor is different, the clocking speed is different, also there is much RAM difference....
I think you should adjust yourself with the zenfone 2... For battery problems just purchase a power bank....

I have a Zenfone 2 4gb ram model.It is very powerful device and I loved it so much but its battery is draining pretty fast so I decided to buy note 3 neo.

guys we dont get lolipop update in n3n not today not tomorrow.. as our phone cant compatible with this... even we have 4.4.2 update last... not 4.4.4 kitkat.. so dont dream abt this update...

The mobile is just superb and can be blindly trusted...!! Just the issue is about the service centres which the oneplus company is taking care of..!!
