Bought a Note 4, and right now I want to throw it in the garbage bin.Know nothing about the Duo Sim model.

I've had this phone for less than a year now, however I am having network issues on SIM2 which was on 2G (couldn't hear nor be heard) while SIM1 did not always receive text messages; but when I put the SIM1 into another phone, both of these ceased. Also, my Contacts don't show atimes, the phone freezes and won't dial after I swipe across the contact name; this happens at random, so yeah, no obvious reasons for this. Done factory reset twice with no luck; sadly, no OS updates for this phone either. Now, I am wary of SAMSUNG Duos phones.

Your problem of hanging of contacts may very well be owing some third part app that you may have installed, or a virus attack. Please do check and be careful of your data.

you can buy Tempered Glass Screen Protector and that will give better protection than gorilla glass

I have been experiencing very slow response when i want to access my contacts. sometimes i have to do a hard reset before i can access the phone. question? do i need to update this phone like the blackberry or does the phone have automatic update functions? The phone is generally hanging something i consider alien to the samsung phones or am i uninformed?

Samsung note 3 neo is nicer than duos .. as samsung note 3 neo has hexacore along 2gb ram which is good.. and it's camera quality is also awesome.. especiaaly I am a gamer .. This mobile has no lags when I played gta sa and gangster vegas.. and smooth experience.
