3) The Sim 2 card slot sometimes cannot detect the sim card. When I insert the same sim card into other phone, the sim card is detected immediately

Hi all,
I live in Singapore and I bought a faulty Samsung Note 3 Neo Dual Sim online. The seller refuses to acknowledge.
I have since been trying to look for help to repair the handset at my own cost but with no success.
Any kind soul here can direct me where to send the phone for repairs?
