I am using a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and after over a year of it in sales, its' operating system version is just android lollipop 5.0.1 which is very leggy and buggy, even sometimes slower than Samsung Galaxy S2 (my previous phone). While rest of the world has got lollipop 5.1.1 update about a year ago. We Indians are left with android 5.0.1.
After paying so much (50k+) money all we get is bad customer support from so samsung.
If Samsung India doesn't wake up now it's loyal customers will be deserting it like what they did to Nokia. I think most of other owners share the same feeling.
Next few months will see the emergence of Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 on comparatively cheaper smartphones, only than Samsung Mobiles will realise the value of its long time customers.
AnonD-183089, 22 Mar 2016For those who are waiting for marshmallow nothing will be changed at all from 5.1.1 only the s... moreAgain it will be v disappointing from Samsung...we wanted to have theme support and other features as well...post spending 50K ,you get this kind of support not at all accepted....this would be my last Samsung device....:(
