This is simply the best Phablet/Big phone out there. If you are going to have an oversized phone then at least it needs to do more than what the average phone does. And this does it with the S-Pen and multi window capability. Any other phone like the Nexus 6 or Ipone 6 Plus is just a bigger version of a smaller phone. Pointless.
ruchira123, 03 Feb 2015sony z 3 is the best.A Z3? It's not even close to the many features the Note 4 can offer. Having a water-resistant feature isn't why it can beat the Note 4.
[deleted post]Enlighten us with which pocketable mobile device is better than the Note 4, overall. We're talking about 2014.
Please help me,i dont know what to choose, Note 4 or iphone 6 ..which is Best .. Please say something guys
No doubt the best smart phone in the world is note 4. A Power hungry performance monster with excellent specs. I would rate note 4 over IPhone 6 plus and sony Z3 by a big margin. A 4000 MAH battery would have been great on Note 4.
Lollipop Update Schedule by Samsung....
1st Note 3.....then S4.....then S5....then Note 2.....then S6 will release with latest firmware and Samsung become busy with their small small stability updates.....then other Samsung phones like galaxy alpha.....A5,A6,A7 will get new update slowly slowly.....then till the Q4 of this year finally Note 4 may get the lollipop update by last week of December when Nexus 7 will be releasing with latest Android firmware and side-by-side Nexus 6 will get the latest update(next to lollipop) too at that time.
That's it!!!....cheers guys
Sandip D, 03 Feb 2015Im working at night shift and my phone is fully charged by 9.20 pm before i leave to work and ... moreThere must be some problem then, either in battery or mobile. I suggest you to take it to Samsung customer care iff you have warranty. Acc. To me backup of my Note 4 is very good.....After full charge I use phone like playing games, browsing, whatsapp hike, watch youtube videos, my mobile keep using data through wifi most of the time, so my usage is very much then also my phone managed to give me satisfactory backup of 16-17 hours. If I don't use mobile much then it expands to 2-3 days.
Have you tried resetting your phone?

rahultheprince, 01 Feb 2015How much battery life you are getting?Im working at night shift and my phone is fully charged by 9.20 pm before i leave to work and not it is 05.43 am and my battery is 33% left . Only thing i did was whatsapping and took some photos. Which i feel is quite disappointing for me. I kept my brightness at the lowest point though it is set as Auto.
I've been using the Note 4 since the middle of November and I'm a power user. Email constantly, never-ending text message threads and upwards of 100 voice minutes a day, and I only have had one complaint. The drop down menu featuring 'S Finder' and 'Quick Connect', but it's easy enough to get over. Otherwise the Note 4 has been responsive and fluid in all that I do. There is the rare occasion that it will stutter for a split second after boot up, but otherwise it's been phenomenal.
Although, the small update that Canada got OTA has caused me an issue. After the update, my phone would randomly drop it's data connection. I would have to turn off and turn back on the phone to get connection again. But, I booted in recovery mode and cleared the cache partition and that solved my problem, so I'm happy as a clam with my phone.
For anybody who is looking for a power device that can go all day with heavy use, I would have to say that this is it. Using the S Pen to jot down quick notes has been excellent, and I've even tapped into my artistic side with some doodling. Admittedly, using the pen for games has also been quite a bit of fun.
