Kur, 22 Jan 2017Is it still worth buying Note 4 in 2017By all means, YES!! I was the guy who used to switch my fones every other month for no apparent reason. I am using it from last one year and this is by far the most complete device I ever had, I even skipped on Ifone7 coza it. Would wait for Note8 and IPhone 8, till then I am so happy and satisfied with Note4, don't belive anyone who talks crap about it. in my one year of usage not even once I got randomly restarted or overheated. screen is amazing, battery backup is 1-2 days depending on the user. go for it mate. it will last for coming 2 years easy.
Harry, 27 Jan 2017It's very good.. u feel like nought ;-) What is the extra features included like battery backup increase or theme support available tell me

Got note4 couple of months ago. Last few phones were motog3, iPhone 5s, Sony Ericsson... moreBetter have backups of your important files as some users report having similar problems before their Note 4 finally died or put on life support with partial wakelock fix from xda forum.
Too bad there is no way of checking whether yours is from a bad batch or not.
Hello everybody. I was a note 4 user for almost a year. Just around the corner of my warranty my note 4 went caput. Authorised service centre confirmed its motherboard problem and cannot be repaired. Luckily my N910 G was still in warranty and Samsung refunded full amount for the price I bought 1year back from flipkart. Bravo..
I moved on to A9pro and trust in samsung is restored.

Dovice, 24 Jan 2017I was about to ask the same question. Cannot find a Note 5 for sale and cannot wait for Note 8... moreDovice:
Got note4 couple of months ago. Last few phones were motog3, iPhone 5s, Sony Ericsson etc. So i m not fan boy type. Got note4 because i m an artist. Wanted mobile sketching device.
So, note4 is not the fastest by today's standards. But there's no irritating lags. I feel it's still a pretty fast phone. Ya but.... It restarts. Randomly. Not daily. Once or twice in a week. It's very random. I don't know y.
I have note4 because i need stylus device for quick sketch @ within 30k. But if u don't need stylus i m sure there are many other fresh options out there.
And ya... Note4 still looks good in black with shiny bezel around it...
RAKESH K., 24 Jan 2017The same thing was with me. my phone charging bacame jamm at 91% after january update it is c... moreMaybe the actual problem might be the battery so change it and see, bcus I usually use mine for about 30 minutes when it's 0% percent. Though I have put the original battery aside which came with the phone and just using my spare battery nowaday. Thanks to Samsung for that update and I'm looking forward to receive an impressive update for January. I'm praying that they will give us Android Neogat (7) in this year.
Kur, 22 Jan 2017Is it still worth buying Note 4 in 2017I was about to ask the same question. Cannot find a Note 5 for sale and cannot wait for Note 8, but have found a new Note 4 for sale. I currently have a new Galaxy S6, great phone, very fast, great camera, wireless charging, but no stylus of course.
Anyone care to say that the Note 4 is still a viable phone? I have had two in the past, but worry that by today's standards, it will be slow or suffer slow downs.
Let me know, be honest, no fan bois, the truth! :)
