Im a note 5 user and decided to buy note 4 after I lost it. Is it normal to fast charge 0% to 60 %or 70 %in 30 minutes and then slows down charging until it reaches 100%. Lastly my fone is shutting down and drain fast once it reaches 30%. Thanks in advance.
My last Note device with replaceable battery and good performance that does not overheat burn or explode.
Note 4 is a great phone with many advantages and only few drawbacks. What I liked most about that phone (after geting used to the size) was actually everything, starting from display, call quality, sound etc. The only thing I didn't like was camera. Pictures taken with Note always was over-sharped and camera width is pretty narrow which means you'll have to step back to take as width picture as competitors like lg g3 or g4. If you don't mind that, you should be very pleased about everything else. Great phone for very reasonable price.
Observer1979, 02 Dec 2016i am upgrading from my 3 years old s4 to this......after reading up on it even its 2 years old... moreI just did the same thing, and am very happy with the note compared to the s4, so far it's working a lot smoother and faster, and love like you said being able to get a battery as well as use a micro sd card.
Observer1979, 02 Dec 2016i am upgrading from my 3 years old s4 to this......after reading up on it even its 2 years old... moreI've had this phone for 2 years. For the first year it was amazing. But when my charging cord broke, and I had to use a cord that didn't originally come with the phone, it was terrible. The battery lasted maybe 3 hours. And I love Samsung but downloading any apps from the PlayStore also ruins this battery. Trying to upgrade just not sure where I would be getting the best bang for my buck. I want to stick with Samsung but no idea where to go.
i am upgrading from my 3 years old s4 to this......after reading up on it even its 2 years old its still one of the best samsung phones ever made to me.......i not into non replaceable batterries which is the trend of all flagships now and the midrange phones even though some have removable batteries the chipset is not all that.....i will buy the note 4 i don't need the latest to feel i out there and yes the later phones have better processors but they are not worth my money.......this phone does
Superb battery that can last upto 3 days calling and texting. Ive been using this phone for 1.5yrs already and still works like the first time i had this. compared to note 5, no way. Note 5's back panel isnt durable, my sisters using note 5 and it got broke easily. love and loving my Note 4.
nkwama, 29 Nov 2016Should I go for Galaxy Note 4 or Galaxy S6? Am about to buy a second hand phone, both with nea... morechoose Note 4 over s6. S6 drains faster. it lags often. not so durable, and it has no spen capability that's way useful than other series
Been using Note 4 n910s version for 2 years now and is way better than other variants, download speed at 300 than the normal 150. still on its top condition, works like a charm on latest 6.0.1. Battery still superb. The SPen update makes it more awesome for note series. unlike Note 5, its back panel's easy to broke. Note 4's housing front and back's durable. fast, excellent, professional.
just fyi ,,
Charging animation is back in my N910C after November patch
Pros: All mentioned features in the review are correct. Excellent phone!
1. I dropped it from 10 cm onto the floor and the protection glass of the camera broke. The problem with it is that it protrudes out of the phone. Thankfully there were cheap spare glasses on Ebay and the replacement was relatively easy.
2. I keep my phone in my pocket without any keys, coins or other hard objects. After less than 2 years of use I have got several scratches on the Gorilla glass. My old phone was Galaxy S and I kept it together with my keys and after more than 3.5 year it has no scratches at all. It seems that the new versions of Gorilla glass are not so strong as the old ones.
