I alteady had lolipop 5.0 and 5.1 and... moreThe update really drains battery quickly and also heats up much more regularly as compared to Kitkat. lets hope the Marshmallow update brings back the performance of the battery and device overall as kitkat. i am regretting updating it to 5.1.1

AnonD-327281, 13 Nov 2015SO far 4g is provided by Airtel only and I have been usin it ..
so no issues so far getting... more40 Mbps more likely...
I was on 90Mbps (about 11MBPS) when 4G first launched in my area. After about three days and everyone started using it typical speeds were more like 60Mbps.
Bits and Bytes. Eight bits to the byte.
so.. 8Kbps is the same as 1KBps
16Mbps would be 2MBps
Your numbers are solid,.. and if you are getting 40MEGABYTES PER SECOND, even more so.. just make sure your carrier doesn't charge through the roof if you go over your limit, because, having done the math, it would be easy for me to clock up a million dollar phone bill in a month (if I tried).
And that is with speeds vastly less than 40MB per second

Anonymous, 21 Sep 2015Anyone knows why the note 4 camera produce much better quality video than note edge?Hard to say, but coming from a photography shop background (selling digital cameras, and being a photo industry enthusiast for many years).. same Sony IMX240 (I think - its been a year since i researched the part..) sensor in both devices,.. same software driving the chipset.. auto features on phones choose the ISO setting based on available light.
Too many variables on full auto devices (I am a full manual photographer myself) that higher ISOs generally make shots grainier.
Most cameras can take great shots in good light.
Low light situations can quickly discern the good from the bad.
The camera on this phone can only be beaten by the S6(s) due to a slightly faster lens allowing more light capture; means in low light situations the shutter can remain open for less or a lower ISO setting (less grain) can be used...
The samples you are comparing, my guess, are just poor examples for comparing.
All recent top tier Sammys are exemplary at photography. (for phones)
Anonymous, 23 Oct 2015This phone SUCKS it frequently freezes up and goes to home screen on its own and restarts more... moreHave your telco give you a new SIM card.
I had a galaxy S that had a poor sim cage, and I had to put paper or sticky tape on the back of the sim card to 'fatten' it up and make proper contact with the phone.
Instead of hurting the sim cage, just get a new sim (should be a free service).
Better than a warranty repair on the phone, and it fixed identical issues for me!
Hope this helps you.
