Anon12345, 15 Dec 2017update on my FE 1. Great battery life, i work 8am-5pm office job and there is still 40%+ b... moreIt is one of the best smart phone in 2017. I advise to everyone . Superior camera. Great . And a little bit different from galaxy note 8.
Buy it or in the future you might say "why i didn't buy this Note FE'' and feel sad because it's such a good device!
Aadrian , 14 Dec 2017I wonder when the update to oreo is coming for this phone. Probably Oreo will never be available for Note 7SE as this is still a 2016 phone, even the upcoming A8+ will still be running on Nougat, other model like S7 & S7edge which launch at same year as Note 7 too never gets Oreo.
Samsung is merely clearing old Note 7 stock, once the leftovers clear out, there will forget about Note 7FE totally
I think, it was re-branded / refurbished from Samsung galaxy note 7.
When you compare to galaxy note 7 processor, camera it's same.
Then the other comparison it's just bit lower then predecessor (Samsung note 7).
In all result don't buy it or in the future you maybe say "Why i buy this Note SE and Sad".
Jw, 16 Nov 2017how to adjust scroll down or scroll up speed? i find its slower scrool speed than my 4 years o... moreMe too i find it a bit slow compared to my s7 edge, specially when scrolling back up, sometimes it feels like my fingers is not being reconized by the screen. But is it not a defect?
I received am update of around 280mb. I installed the update and now it's on December security patch.
update on my FE
1. Great battery life,
i work 8am-5pm office job and there is still 40%+ battery left after work.
use it mainly to read emails, sign online documents, voice & video calls, chats and sometimes listening to music.
And also the occasional browsing and youtube when i'm free.
(Optimised Performance Mode)
2. Powerful Performance
i set it to FHD and High Performance Mode
and scored a whooping 141,374 Antutu score
lags/stutters disappeared when i use HPM
battery drains faster during HPM but not so much that it will be noticeable.
(antutu ranking for FE was 139k)
3. Annoying headset
i hate the earbuds, so hard to get them to properly sit on your ears.
For Note series real fans, this is the best Note ever after Note4.
Note8 was designed for ladies and homos, I wouldn't touch that abomination
Been using this phone for over a week now. And ever single day it proves to be fantastic - display, performance, battery life. No regrets in buying this phone instead of Note 8 (got to save and at the same time enjoy the features of the S Pen). I just think it could have been better if all color options were made available here in Philippines since I liked Titanium Silver better than Blue Coral.
Don't expect bixby voice or bixby vision. it doesn't come with note fe.
Anonymous, 11 Dec 2017Hey Anon12345, What about the battery?I havent tweak/disable anything and so far i got around 5 - 6 hours of screen on time.
Some people say they can get 7 hrs+ SoT.
(Built-in battery saver etc)
Anonymous, 11 Dec 2017A German website expects the cost of the new Galaxy A8+ to be about 600 euros. That price for a A series phone will be too expensive, better buy this Note FE.
