Good evening to all friends - PlZ someone help me. 1 am using Note 2 . while trying to receive a call it hanged and Since Then it cannot be used by finger touch .However s pen is working fine . despite my best efforts finger touch does not WOrk , I have done factory reset and but no effect' ' Please some help me

Change the display timeout to 30 seconds. Disable auto brightness when you are inside home or when you go out during the night time.

I have bought this phone about one month ago..its an amzing phone..lovely..prettiest phone i've ever seen..its size just impressive as i want and a cute little stylus.just wow!but there are 2 problems in it:
1:the day i updated it,the wifi isnt working,it does not even highlight the icon of wifi and without wifi its useless.. plz fix it or i have to buy another phone it was disappointing moment for me..when i got to know it..i dont think galaxy grand neo is better than than this phone..i love it.
2:the most bottom portion does not work with touch only with stylus even after lots of reset of phone and and rebooting or whatever.its hard sometimes to put out stylus and press password "done"..plz fix these two problems as soon as possible..please!!!! Sometimes it maybe an emergency:'(:-(

kakashi, 02 Aug 2014pls try this method. download kies in your pc, then sync your note 2 with kies through usb... moreKakashi, same thing happened to me!!! Downloading kies worked perfect. Am shattered it's not the kitkat update though haha. Just gonna have to wait lol but 4.3 is way better that 4.1

I too have updated it using cellphone network over the air update. Worked just fine. If it worked for me I see no reason why it should not work for others unless there is/are some technical issues or if the phone network does not provide the update at all.

Dumpty, 04 Aug 2014Note 2 best smartphone everYou said it friend. There is no doubt about it. I have been using the phone since the day it was made available in the market. Till date its taken a lot of falls and it is working just fine. No replacements or repairs. I have tried a lot of games and apps. Works flawless. Taken it to some of the remotest locations using its GPS and Cygic... works flawless in the city as well. SmartTools app has even saved me from falling into a ditch once!!! Purchasing the Samsung Note 2 and using it has been a fantastic journey and will continue for a lot more time. Thanks Samsung.

Kittu, 02 Aug 2014Samsung phones can be updatable through wifi only, not with data card or mobile internet.so on... moreI beg to disagree with your assertion,Samsung phones can be updated through cellular networks,I personally updated my note 2 from 4.1.1 to kitkat which took up to 1.5gb of data,using mobile networks.. it all depends on the network strength..

Anonymous, 02 Aug 2014needs help..from day one I haven't received any of the software update of my n7100 note 2...it... morepls try this method.
download kies in your pc,
then sync your note 2 with kies through usb or bluetooth,
then under the Tools Tab, you will see Firmware Upgrade.
if an upgrade is available, kies will find it for you and then a download will start and you Note 2 will be upgraded.
