Iam still using 4.1.2 and bit confused to update 4.3. whats ur suggestion guys i have heard many issues regarding 4.3 update. so please sugggest me guys wether to stay back to 4.1.2 or update it to 4.3

[deleted post]wrong, the new update has a serious touchwiz error. once upgraded the calander no longer works other than the small icon. cannot put full calander on one screen. cannot tell a difference at all with upgrade other than phone now does not work like before and no one at carrier or with samsung can fix.

Anonymous, 10 Apr 2014i just bought this phone please help me how i will update this phone to 4.3Activate WiFi, go to Settings then About, choose Software update. If this way doesn't detect update availability, install Samsung Kies on PC, connect your Note II to PC then open Samsung Kies, it will detect the availability of update. If this way still doesn't show any update, you should wait till Samsung release update OS for your country.

This is the same like you buy a USB flash disk, if you buy 16 GB USB flash disk I am sure when you check properties in PC, the user available is not 16 GB. The same like in Galaxy Note II internal memory. 16 GB ia total memory, but for user it just gives 10,65 GB only, the rest? They had been allocated to system files and preinstalled apps.

adnanazem, 09 Apr 2014Why the internal memory just 10.65 g.b...While it should be 16 G.BAll the factory apps and the OS is in the storage ofcourse. The apps are heavy, as they take up 3 GB easily, plus the Touchwiz which takes up a hefty 1 GB .
And the storage doesn't have to be exactly 16 GB. In the Note II a couple of GB's are shaved off. The value is only estimated to nearest multiples of 8.
This is not a very important issue, as 10 GB is more than enough memory. Add an SD card to it and you won' have to worry about memory at all.

Hello All, Recently i upgareded my note to 4.3 and after this i am facing issue with battery life. For my usage i used to get 2 days back up easly and now i dont even get it for a day. Am i doing something wrong ?

In my country, the service is good. When I was use Galaxy Note II, heat (I didn't know how hot you experienced it, you didn't mention it) was never mind, battery life was OK too, I didn't experience screen blank, so I couldn't say about that.

note 2 , 09 Apr 2014Does note 2 n7100 support 4G LTE?? Plss No, except you choose model N7105, it supports LTE.

I brought a NOTE 2 in Dec'2013.
Till now I have give it 3 times to service center. For the same issues ( Heating, screen Blank and battery backup).
I am asking for the replacement. They are not ready for the same.
Guys, SAMSUNG services are waste.
its better to buy a China phone with out warrant. At least you wont have a false hope of having warranty period.
The customer care person ( Mr. Narsingh Yadev and Ms. Shivani Proval form Noida Team) says give it one more try. use it , come to service center and play like this for a year, because you paid 30,000 Rs for Note 2.
