I saw its properties via ES File Explorer, the size reduced several MBs size, I saw in history, the 0/devive was 1,03 GB but if I checked emulated folder and legacy folder, both totally were 147 MB.

r all humens , even i bought a casio watch from ebay and it was a replica so i returned it and the requested refund and then got the orignal one ...so see things like this happens ...the best thing one can do is to learn from his or her mistakes....just get ur phone fixed from the service centre..in the meantime...concentrate on ur studies or whatever ur aim in life is ...phone and gadgets r no doubt very usefull and entertaining but it is not everything in ones life ...a real person is the one who do not leave his/her HOPE even in a worst situation..again good luck..and best wishes.

Be patient. My Note II (Indonesia) still use Jelly Bean 4.3 too.

vince, 25 Jan 2014Can anyone help me, how can I install 4.3 jeally bean?Update it OTA or use Samsung Kies, it will detect the latest firmware available or not. I you don't receive it, you should wait, maybe the server at your country encountered problem.

The stock music player on the note2 is awesome guys just switch to rock mode and even the earphones came with the phones sounds awesome ...make sure u have a good quality music to feel the orignal quality of note2 music from..Wolfson sound chipset...enjoy.

AnonD-64777, 25 Jan 2014I hate it.my network signel not working.home buton not working.battry drain fast.sensor or not... moreHey Airy, now this is what ur doing wrong ..friend.as per. u request i called u on ur cell and we have disscued that it was u who did not check the sim card and home button b4 buying a second hand device from OLX .i know u got cheated and even if u wud have bought a hardware falulty second hand nokia phone ..u wud be in the same situation....so it was ur fault as well..u blindly gave ur money without checking... however the good thing is that u r under warrenty get it fixed as u can.... but do not post bad abt note2 here....note2 is still the kicka.ss phone .

i use note 2 7100.100% charging time is 5 to 7 hours.its amazing anf battery is running down very fast.All android set have this problem.I realy fade up from this issues.

I recomment to (if you havend done yet) try it yourself in a Sellphone Shop bevor You by a Phone ALWAYS.
And to your Question. No it is definitely not out to date, but still if i wear your shoes I'd by the Note 3, it is soo much more better! Thats because Samsung put in a lot of new features and stuff.users were complaning about. Such as that You can use the menu and back Button with the S-Pen (a Abillity You don't have on the Note 2..to bad i know)
I have the Note 2 now for 1.5 Years and I still think when i look around and see other phones, it is not out to date at all! Soon You will get the KitKat version Android 4.4.

I get the feeling you brought your phone on the Internet an it's not Original.
Also: You can replace almost -everything- in Samsung Phones, so a brocken Button shouln't be such a Problem.
P.s: In my Opinion the Samsung Note ll is great an works without any doubt.

SAMSUNG is really worst in terms of quality. in my NOTE 2 the power on off switch was not working in the brand new phone which i experienced less than 10 days. horrible quality experience with SAMSUNG. surely wont recommend any further SAMSUNG.

AnonD-64777, 25 Jan 2014Plz help me frnds I bought second hand note last day in rs.18000 whe I instert sim card I got ... moreIt has lots of problems thatswhy u got it in 18000 ...anyways first of all i think ur home button and network antina is faulty to get that repaired go authorised service centre if u have no money for now try to use diffrent sim check if that helps and there is app called floating toucher u can use that to use always floating home button and always floating recent tasks if u double tap on it ..if ur home button is ok then download the latest 4.3 firmware and flash it through odin if u dont know how to do it, just google it, there r lots of website for the same procedure..good luck.
