So again, I went to service centre & they updated it to resolve the issue. At first they told me that there is a wifi connectivity problem with my device but when they updated to 4.1.2 the phone worked well so then they again installed 4.3 & the matter resolved.
Actually this is a software installation problem. So you'll have to reinstall the 4.3 update.

But no apps for download in the page, Its not a app store ,its a file sharing website u have to write the name of the app u want and search it manually....Note - not every app is available but u wud find the most populer apps.there compaired to other websites...good luck

so guys , just wanna inform .. i did manage to get the note 3 recently ... no information about my note 2 which got lost on the 1st .. tho i have given all information to the cops.. even given which carrier the person is using on my note 2 .. all i hope now is , they can track him down with the help of his phone number and my imei number ... enjoy ..!
