go to this web site its shows your country has 4.3 but it might be from another country and thats why you havent updated yet look it up

I have to charge my phone everyday when its on standby with wifi off and apps turned off and uninstalled. Really annoying :( how can they do this????!!!

1. Buy juice defender ultimate from play store or just Google it u can
get it ! I can help u for further set up !
2. never use dual/ auto mode ! for gsm= gsm mode, 3G= wcdma
mode.
3. Turn off all vibration !
4. Turn on power saving mode !
5. use minimum brightness !
6. avoid frequent restarting !
7. Turn off all the sounds if it is not necessary !
8. Charge ur phone only when it turn off automatically after 0% battery
level and turn on the device only after fully charging to 100% ( I do
this )
9. setting> account > google > location setting > turn off
10. setting > more > location services > turn off
11. setting > connection > wifi > advance > keep wifi on during sleep >
never
12. use CLEAN MASTER for removing junk files, residues, system
cache and more !
13. use app DRIPPLER for more tips !

Note II is Giant smart phone as compared to 4S
4S is like a baby of Note II :D
Talk about features
Note II is way better than 4S in terms of Screen resolution ,Screen Size ,Display , speed , RAM And extendable storage option !
Just 4S camera is slightly better than Note II even though Note II also Got 8MP rear Cam but front cam of Note II is better
& Design of 4S is better , Premium Body , feel so good in hand
if you want a multimedia phone with great battery timing then Note II is for you.
but if you want a eye catching phone with Great Camera and more stable OS then 4S is for you.
IMO ,Note II is best !

My friend got the update but I am still waiting. ..I am also from Pakistan , i updated my Note II on 25th December ,i don`t know what happened with sammy update server, but Many people are not getting JB 4.3 Update in Pakistan & Other Countries ! Wait and Try Again Later , you will get the update soon.

N7100-Still JB 4.1.2, 15 Jan 2014Can anyone confirm how to update my note2-n7100 handset to 4.3 or 4.4 officially, as my handse... moreThe device will not get the upgrade if it was rooted .even my device was rooted i had to download the entire official 4.3 firmware and had to flash it through odin ...make sure u unroot ur phone b4 flashing...and ofcource download the firmware from a good website torrent wud be best and the firmware sud be for ur country...good luck.

My Note II doesn't be rooted, works normal and showed newer Jelly Bean firmware available at Dec 22, 2013. I updated on Dec 23, 2013 using Samsung Kies.

Can anyone confirm how to update my note2-n7100 handset to 4.3 or 4.4 officially, as my handset is still on 4.1.2 and showing that "The latest fimware is already installed on your device". and sometimes showing "Your device has been modified. No updates are available for this device".
Please help to sought out.

AnonD-121248, 14 Jan 2014It's not very long, we will gonna enjoy 4.4.2 on Note II :) Did you see the surprise given ... moreYes man ! and iam really hoping that samsung will add the note3 features with the next major update and why not the hardware is more than capable to get it...and yes compaired to other major OEM's samsung is the fastest in firmware upgrades, however some uninformed ppl expect too much from them ,they get desperate and end up making fun of themselves.24×7..lol.
