Thanks for reply i tried today, checked yesterday it was available on both kies and OTA but now same previous version support available , its not only me but people from india and saudia also complaining the same thing

Updated latest 4.3 through odin and did factory reset.
Battery is draining very quickly in idle mode.
Please help me.

siddhss, 31 Dec 2013in India yesterday received update for stability improvement but didn't happened anything batt... moreWhat didn't you like from battery issue you experience? I updated my Note II to Jelly Bean 4.3, didn't do factory reset, it's OK, not complaint for battery.

Guys please my update was previously available for download, but as of yesterday my system says I have all the latest downloads installed. And I didn't install the 4.3 update. What could be the problem ? Thanks.....

Guys,
There are two places where you can see the RAM usage: "Application Manager>Running" and "Press n hold Home button>Task manager".
At almost all the time, the RAM usage show there are different. Any idea why so? and which one is correct?
2nd question:
My RAM usage shows as 0.9 GB in APP Manager and 1.1 GB in the Home>Task Manager with Zero Open apps. Is that normal?
PS: I have done both the bug fix updates after 4.3 and i don't install too many apps. Downloaded only 60 apps overall.
