The people who are facing battery reducing after android 4.3 I thing its ur phone problem or more apps running in back ground. Some are telling don't upgrade to 4.3. But I will tell one thing . After update to 4.3 you will receive another updates it's belong to 4.3 only but this updates fix ur bugs and logs already samsung releasing ota updates " stability improvement " for 4.3 so don't think to update.
I and my friends have totally six galaxy note2s we all are updated to 4.3 but no one facing any problems.
so frist update ur phone.
one thing with this update ur phone become total security.
I tried some apk files without certificates it's showing security issues. So I think its security.

hagba, 01 Dec 2013Updating to a newer FW version it's like having a face lift or a plastic surgery,it just doesn... moreI had posted before that updating to newest firmware not always becomes better than before update.
Updating to a newer FW version it's like having a face lift or a plastic surgery,it just doesn't pay always and sometimes it's even worst than the original face itself.
siddhss, 01 Dec 2013dont upgrade too much issues battery die in 8 hrsThanks man
After recent update to 4.3 battery life has considerably reduced even the stand by time has also reduced. For 6 7 Hr standby it consumes more than 20% battery.
In battery usage graph it shows that my wifi and gps is always turned on even though it's off. Is this problem with my handset or it's common on 4.3..???

I had experienced in using Galaxy Ace 2, it became lag and hang.
NikiDroid, 30 Nov 2013I have the same thinking. My Galaxy Note II is Jelly Bean 4 1.2 versionI also have mine at 4.1.2
A friend told me not to update yet as there might be some issues with 4.3
So...in ref to 4.3 upgrade and factory resets should I do upgrade immediately upon activating phone!??
