i have a samsung note2 7105 LTE version unlocked and iam using it in mumbai, but there is still no update for 4.3,i tried it from both kies 2.6 as well OTA but it says its runs on the latest updtates, Can anyone help me and let me know when i would receive the 4.3 update for my note 2 7105

i am a note II user. the official date release android 4.3 for note II has been accomplished. but my country still did not get updated to new version. really disappointed since samsung did not make the updated simultaneously to over the world. only certain country get 4.3. when malaysia will get the updated????
