100-240V - ... moreHey.The battery charging status (settings --> battery) is showing AC when using the AC adaptor and USB when charging from my laptop. I think they have made battery in such a way that it accepts only less than 30% of the battery's capacity when charging regardless of the charger we use.
Just my experience *not to be taken for argument) :
My Nokia N8 takes 1 hour 45 minutes to reach full charge from 10% using 800 mAh small pin Nokia charger. I should note the charge duration with the Samsung 2000 mAh charger also.

reading all comments its a strong message to everyone Not to update to 4.3 as whats the point to gain very little minor tweaks and lose precious battery and ram and lag??? what for....ive heard google kitkat will support cheaper devices too and run effectively even on 512ram models... samsung is luring to update our precious note2 to buggy 4.3 so dat we get frustrated and buy note 3 instead...dey playing smart tactics and fooling us...they must be aware of the bugs but like jackal want to us to fall in the pit....im not updating and sticking to 4.1.2 and maybe wait until fix is provided or wait for kitkat. be smart and dont fall in the trap.

NikiDroid, 25 Nov 2013OK, right now I see from my Note II inside Settings, Battery, screen is 33%, time on 33m 28s.... moreOk fine, you are there, when your battery discharges from 100% to 10%(without topping up along the line) check it again and pls tell me. For me that is really how i check battery of a phone. The screen time is very important. Pls dont forget. Thank you.

Hi,
Spoke to the Samsung people. They said that 4.3 for Note 2 has been released for phones with a particular base band version and the rest would be getting their updates within a week.

Note: FREKUENSI and TEG LISTRIK are Indoensia language. Means frequency and voltase. My Samsung battery is 3.100 mAh
I read again at internet, some users were experienced too, the status charging was USB (long time charge) and suggested to change USB cable. They said original USB cable is not good.

Check the screen time after your battery is low l... moreIt was around under 15 hours if I'm not mistake before the battery showed "low battery". Sometimes I use it for internet and games, I think it will depend on how much I use my Note II.

What is your feedback about Samsung I8910 (extinct now)?.
Single core mobiles give more battery backup than these multi core devices.

Before Note 2, I had HTC One X, which gives me battery back up for 5-6 hours so I sell it, now my Note 2 gives me battery back for the whole day. Increase your knowledge about high end smartphones and how much battery back up all the give. Then you will know that Note 2 is the best in the market.
