Jack, 30 Aug 2013I just bought this great phone today ( Note 2 16GB ) but when I went to storage to check I fo... moreHi Jack! Don't worry about the size 10.36GB default is the given storage for us Samsung Galaxy note 2 users. while the remaining GBs are for SYSTEM FILES AND PARTITIONS :)

SD Card
The bigger the SD Card the slower the reading (mediascanservice) but its up to your needs 32 or 64 gb external storage. But me i'm using only 8GB


Well just find and SD card CLASS 10 or CLASS A the higher the class the faster read/write.

Just don't put coins and keys together with your note 2 and buy a very thin protective back cover so that i will not spoil its thin looking. :D
