However like most phones you try not to shake your hand and the phone when touching the camera button while taking a picture, just touch it very gently.

the best phone by samsung..
i am using both s4 and note 2
and i still love note 2 for its screen size ,battery life and its looks.
s4 is good for games and camera but it ger over heated .

i don't think that even the 13mp camera
for smartphones would have a good output
the camera in phones are used to capture
moments that are never expected
so if you are trying to become a pro shooter
better yet get yourself a dslr
i own a 12mp se satio with xenon flash
and it was beaten by a 5mp digicam
smartphones primary feature is usability
