Sorry,it will decrease demand of samsung products in India.I like samsung UI but,going to service centre with a new phone?.It is bad.This was my experience with new note 2.

Whenever I have to go back, I had to ... moreHappened to me, guess what they told me that whole touch panel will be repaired and will cost me 16000INR as it is water logging problem (PS it stopped with in 10 days and they can not prove it ).. i simply refused and took my case to consumer court and they are already negotiating as they know the battery back cover was again faulty and so it again is their manufacturing fault.
to cut short,. Service cneter people will blame you, dont accept the blame, and check ur back cover thoroughly if it makes any squeeking noise then do tell at service center and then u can counter blame samsung for lousy hardware.

Hey guyz,, plz help me to solve this query.
My Note is 5 days old and i want to update to 4.1.2,, but what i need to know is after updating the phone to 4.1.2, IS FACTORY RESET NECESSARY to remove old files????
Near my place few guyzz suggested to go for a factory reset after update!!
Is that necessary??
If yes, pls explain....

Anonymous, 06 Aug 2013i am still lost what to buy, xperia Z or note 2, what do you recommend? since you tried bothThis depends on your priority: Design or Functions and Battery Life.
Note 2 won in term of battery life, self customisation, functions & quality (because of S Pen, easier to locate files, Sound Clarity & Photo Quality; although Xperia Z's camera is 13MP, the quality is worse than other smartphones with 8MP camera).
I find Xperia Z's screen irritating coz of the reflection under sunlight or a normal lamp. Other cons include cannot play music loud, terrible lousy battery life, bad photo quality, lack of accessories range in the market. Xperia Z's pros are its design, water proof, has built-in radio function, can connect to WIFI with ease (Note 2 has a bug in WIFI, very famous but too bad that I discovered after I switched to Note 2).

Guys I'm encountering problems with my SGN2 lately when i tried to play movie there is a pop-up says "unable during call" which i'm not engaged any call therefore i have to reboot / restart my SGN2 in order to watch the movie. anyone encounter the same problem? please advise. thanks.

The "return" button on my Note 2 doesn't work. Whenever I have to go back, I had to press the home button instead. There are times that it goes back to normal but it ALWAYS malfunctions whenever I'm browsing the screen, texting, or opening files. Restarting it doesn't work. What can I do to fix it?
