Today if you are analyzing smartphones you may not find much difference in terms of features. But one feature that stands out in note 2 is the s-pen notes. I am used to carry a small note pad & a pen as i get almost 10 calls daily from my new clients. After scribbling i would read out to my marketing executive for them to take an action. At times during this process the email or phone no communicated over phone gets distorted. Today i have a bluetooth head set ( which is a must if you want to make use of this feature). Ever call that i get from the new client is scribbled on to the note and send as an email to my marketing executive for him/her to action. This i believe is a killer application. If you have a similar such application then just give it a short its worth it.

Both are of good quality MicroSD Cards but make sure what ever you buy is original and Class10.

If u r using any screen protector to user phone screen, if it is covering up the sensors then this problem occurs. Either remove the whole screen protector or cover the screen with out covering the sensors available.

I've a Problem with my note 2, while I'm making a call as usual the screen goes off- due to the sensor, but now it doesn't it still lighted !!!, I opened call settings to insure that i did it to switch off, i restarted it many times and never respond. Even the glance never respond for any move. and Quick call although stopped... i got hate the phone... Any one can help plz!!! ??

Samsung Galaxy Note 2 or Samsung Galaxy S-4
Seriously note 2 is better and cheaper
Bigger screen , nearly same cpu, enough camera, 13 mp camera of s 4 may detect too many flaws on face,
U may not need smart pause of s4
And note series is unique and note 2 is v convenient to use compared to others.
Android version difference; u can upgrade yr android version when available.

i got my note 2 and i have noticed that when i take my s pen out .the page buddy appears after 5,5 seconds..also i m not getting clear sound from speakers...what is the ideal setting for he sound player..and what should i do to fix the delay issue of the page buddy?

Jack, 13 Jun 20133hr for 40%? that's totally malfunction! yes,i have this problem too.however i enjoy using it and the battery is on longer than the other phones, charging takes long hours, less than 5 hours.but it's too much for me.i can't leave my sgn ii even for 1 hour.

I'm having a problem with my internal storage space, it keeps decreasing everyday (10-20 MB per hour) without installing apps.
I can't find what is eating up my phone memory, there is no evidence of a folder that is accumulating in size.
The space is cleared after a factory reset, but it will decrease again and in a couple of days I will end up with few MB remaining from the 16 GB memory.
The memory decreases when the phone is ON, even if not in use ... with data usage blocked and even no SIM card, it will keep decreasing ...
I'm really desperate ... just bought it 2 weeks ago and I don't know what to do ...
Could this be a hardware problem? Any suggestions ?

Its a really a good phone, nice display, internet, and everything, my opinion is every IT professional or IT security guy must take this phone, so many functions enabled when its rooted.

AnonD-143458, 05 Jun 2013Hi, I was looking for a way to increase brightness beyond stock maximum brightness and found t... moreThanks man!! that really worked!! it does make a diffrence in brightness outdoors , thats what i was thinking the camera and the video player has a setting for outdoor visibilty and that increases the brightness of the screen while using camera and the video player outdoors and i was thinking that there sud b a way to increase the brightness of the screen with normal use cause i found the brightness to b relatively low and i knew there must b some workaround to increase the brightness .its good that my phone is already rooted cause of that it worked flawlessly and thanks for sharing that apps ...download link...and thanks to xda guys they always come to rescue.

more often than not it is a software glitch
just to confirm
make a call in pitch dark, and if the screen going dark thing happens just take a look at your proximity sensor, it shall give a very deep red (barely visible hence the need to go in dark room)
my galaxy R had this issue but it got resolved with ICS update
