Hi all, l just like to share with you my experience regarding battery drain and some other improvements with the new rom.
I flashed my note 2 with the following stock firmware Jelly B. 4.1.2, N7100XXDLK7, but now with the latest build number JZO54K.N7100XXDMC3 released on 27th of Mars 2013. I flashed it over another stock rom that I had from 2012 (Poland) don’t remember the numbers.
I can confirm that after flashing my device, the new rom brings a lot of stability and noticeably better battery life, pretty noticeable, on same settings.
So, for anyone with older firmware and interested to try this out with odin, this is the site I got the firmware while other procedures you might already know.

1.even though s4 has octacore processor only 4 cores are active at a time
2. the battery backup of note 2 is better.
3.more internal memory than s4
4. cheaper than s4
better alternative to s4 will be HTC one

It has quite simple interface.. use it to back up all your instaled apks...sms contacts..cakk logs ..bookmarks and so forth. keeping them installed in ur sd card in folder.. sms contacts apk ...after malnuvering ur device .asses each one ready for restortion!
