Open settings ... about device....android version--- 4.1.2 or something like that--- quickly tap 3 times on 4.1.2--- jelly bean will appear--- press long on bean--- many small jelly beans appear moving on screen then it means true jellybean operating system
Samsung note 2 is quicker than clone.so try testing functions
Check kernel version under about device in settings---- numbers ended with #1 is qc passed phone for market. #2 #3 are qc failed lower grade phones.

AnonD-138956, 21 May 2013Specially when it comes to the screen n battery for 3GThe big advantages of the note 2 are the screen size and battery life. The advantage of the One is it is more compact and has better build quality although the note 2 is still rock solid. I dont think performance is an issue as the Note 2 is really quick anyway. Also the Note 2 has micros SD and removable battery.
Personally i could never go back to a 5" phone as the screens feel so small. You get used to the size in a day or so. Either phone is great, i'd suggest you try them in a shop and decide.

This phone is like a dream that will never come true. I bought this phone 5 months ago where all of the sudden it stopped working.
Currently I live in Canada.. logically I can go to any Samsung service and fix but that is not possible for unknown reasons. so I had to contact Samsung UK.
I checked and confirmed with them that this phone belongs to them before sending it. I sent the phone which costs me shipping and handling back and forth because this cheap Samsung company doesn't pay for the shipping. Anyway that is not the point.
finally Samsung received my phone and they didn't even bother to follow up. so I called and guess what they told me that this phone is from United Emirates...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Which means that Samsung UK cannot touch..
Now I have to wait for the phone be sent back and then ship it to United Emirates.
they just lost a customer where all my products are Samsung. TV, phones...etc.
No way that I will touch their products.
Bye bye Samsung

Guys, if you want Smart Pause, Smart Scroll...
Wait for the update for our SGNote2, for sure we will get the latest features on S4,except for features that uses temp. sensor,humidity and IR Gesture sensor....
So definitely, Smart pause and smart scroll(and many more) will be packed in the update later on.

I have had no problems so far with SG Note II 4.1.2.

Bigger screen, great and quick enough performance
Cheaper. 13 mp camera is too clear so it expresses flaws onface. 8mp is more than enough.
Go for note 2 if u don't need smart pause etc of s 4.u can even not need your tablet or laptop.and save the price difference.
If s4, better wait until price becomes stable as it is falling after launch.

If u are on a budget, go for Nexus 4. +s are Stock android, advanced specs and low price. -s are no expandable memory and no LTE.
Note 2 is great performer - Buy this if ur really need a bigger screen and S-pen. Its expensive.
ONE X+, Xperia and S4 almost fall in same categories with minor differences in specs and performance. All these 3 are expensive. but wonderful performers.
To conclude, Great Budget android is Nexus 4. Bigger screen - Go for Note 2, Dust proof and water resistant - Go for Xperia. Popular brand and model (to Show-off) - Go for S4, Hate Samsung design but love Beats audio - go for one x+.

Hi...
Copy all the contents from ur phone and do a factory reset... U can do that from settings (backup and reset), reset everything. Your phone will become like out of the box. hope it will fix the glitch. OR you can try to download Playstore leaked apk from internet (Google it). Copy it in ut phone and reinstall it... Hope this helps
