note2 is realy a big phone. u can do anything from this. but has not 2 gb ram it is only 1.75 gb. there is no lags. but sometimes it restarts. dont no why?

1) There are many different ways to do this. You can use something like wifi transfer or your usb cable if you are transferring from a computer. You can also use USB OTG and a small adapter to transfer from a usb stick. Or you can used a file explorer. Downloads from emails default to the phone i think
2)To how many people? I dont know but there probably isn't a limit.
3) Yes, it is simple to change between the keyboard and Spen. I use SwiftKey 3 instead as the prediction is a lot better.
4) I have tried a few but prefer goLauncher
5) again i have tried a few but like Dolphin. Boat browser is also good.
6) Not officially but you can download the latest flash apk and install. It doesn't work with Dolphin but does work with Boat and probably some others. The link is http://www.howtogeek.com/120277/how-to-install-flash-on-the-nexus-7-and-other-jelly-bean-devices/

2)at an instant how many msgs can i send?
3) i am from India and want to know if the keypad supports English(India) for texting and also while i use Spen.
4)best launcher for this device
5)best browser for this device
6)does this support flash enabled videos if not pls suggest the way how can i can get it.
