note II is part of my work supporter.but suddnly it was stuck i ask to reset from company from the bamba too.they asked me to replace mother board rs 28000/=.i refuse to do that am very upset because of this happen.am still trying how to solve this .if i fix this battery and trying to start but display continue bigginin sentences as SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE II N 7100 only.

Anonymous, 24 Apr 2015Yes finally 5.0 is coming in note 2 in june .....Oh sh!t 5.0 is coming for note 2 which has been turned into garbage phone by kitkat. Do not launch 5.0 for note 2 just like S4 mini.

May I request to ask. My Samsung Galaxy Note II has just hone off. When ... moreDo HARD RESET:
Turn off your phone (or just take off your battery, wait 10 sec. and put it back). Hold VOLUME UP KEY together with HOME key and POWER KEY. Wait a few seconds and you'll be in recovery mode. With your volume keys navigate on firmware reset or something like that. It is important to do that. You'll lose all yout data but you'll have again your phone back.
If you fail. just search on google HARD RESET FOR GALAXY NOTE II and keep trying.

I am using note 2 for almost 2 years. Excellent bettery and performance. Upgraded to Kitkat, 4,4,2. Dropped several times and no damage. The only thing I don't like is the S.Pen never get upgraded with Kitkat.

May I request to ask. My Samsung Galaxy Note II has just hone off. When I try put it doesnt and only shows on the screen as if it is turning on and get stuck.
What may be the problem and how can I solve it?.
