My biggest fear in holding a phone is dropping in the sinks at my hair salon in Atlanta. I care it everywhere! Since we got the 4GLTE here in Atlanta, I've been tempted to get the Note 2 with AT&T; taking notes would be great. But I've heard HTC phones are great around water.
why is everyone say that it is dual-core when it has a QUAD-CORE 1.6 CPU!
IM also thinking of jumping from the Nokia n8(great camera-phone) to the note 2 :D
Which smartphone should I buy Samsung Galaxy Note 2,HTC One X+ or Apple iPhone 5 please tell me I really need to know?
well put simply. the best phone ive ever had. simple intuitive and powerful. well done Samsung.
Thomas Tee, 24 Nov 2012What i heard from others is the Note II has to be mod to exchange the sd card with internal me... moreI purchase the note 2 after i used my iphone 4 s.
i thought to give sumsong a chance.
I was realy dosapointed with it.
You always push the volume up down by mistake.
Touch the power button by mistake.
Always need to clear the open apps otherwize it become very slow
You need to adjust the screen to low light otherwize the battery will not hold by the afternoon.
Apps and operation is not function clear cut like with the iphone.
Soo i swiched to iphone 5
Lusten dudes. It is a different world. The touch the feelings. It like mercedes to kia
The media talk so much of the androids but iguess mist of andro are cheaper so like mazda is maybe popular more than mazerati just cause it is cheaper.

Prince078, 25 Nov 2012Thinking for jumping from Nokia n8 to Note 2.. What do u suggest guys?? it's a must
for all those who say this phone is too big for them...
Gow up guys u cannot just compare a phablet to a phone...because this is not a cell phone its a phablet
mixture of a phone and a tablet
so if u need a smartphone go for it dont just abuse a smart tablet or an over sized compact smarty for better movies web browsing or gaming....
smoke, 25 Nov 2012lol.. its d only phablet in mkt?? so has to b d best in d categoryNote 2 is a smartphone. Just bigger and better than other phones. There's nothing tablet about it, does not look like tablet and you will never use it as a tablet.
I've bought earlier of this month, it is best smart phone that i ever had!
Thinking for jumping from Nokia n8 to Note 2.. What do u suggest guys??
Please read the above review if you are considering this phone.
Let me start off by saying I read a lot of online reviews and this one is one of the best I have ever read. I admit I am actually posting this a few weeks later than what I would have wanted to. When I was hungry for information at this phone launch, this reviewer (or gsmarena team, if that's how you want to be identified as :) ) quenched my thirst.
I visit gsmarena day very often for the reliable specification of mobile phones. Never thought they could come out with reviews like this. Appreciate the attention to detail the writer has shown. There was only I thing I could do after reading this review, BUY the phone :)
Please don't interpret this as the reviewer being positively biased towards the product :P
I can now say (after owning the phone for 3 weeks) that this is a stunner of a phone. One of the best screens u could ever see on a mobile device, blacks are truly black and colors are vibrant as you love. Way better outdoor / sunlight readability than all other AMOLEDs / SAMOLEDs. Very intuitive software and UI, blazing fast operation and close-to-none benchmark results. Hate to give credit, but I have to give it up to Samsung for the work they have put in on this device. I have to admit this is the sturdiest feeling Samsung phone yet. Plastics aren't cheap one bit and it sure has a premium feel. I am not comparing this to the premium feel or look the iphone 5 gives but then if you are spending half the money and getting twice the performance, no price for guessing who wins the Bang-for-the-buck award! Also bear in mind the real estate of this phone, iphone 5 with its 4 inch screen looks like the wannabe kid next door trying to the fight the HULK! :D
Totally in love with the phone and would suggest readers to go buy it if your card and your girlfriend allows you to :)
Disclaimer: I neither mean nor intend to convey any offence to apple users, its just a fair comparison.
P.S: This reviewer has successfully managed to make me his fan :)
smoke, 25 Nov 2012lol.. its d only phablet in mkt?? so has to b d best in d categorysorry you sis not see droid dna , htc deluxe, zte and huawei and lenovo offerings , sony will soonly also enter and others ( only droids of course) , but however always samsung and sony will be the best! sony is premium and samsung is valuable and smart!
Amazing device, converted from an HTC one x and was the best thing I ever did. Not just screen and speed but things like filming in slow motion, best face is amazing technology and that easy clip thing with the s pen is so so handy!!
You won't regret buying this honestly from a once happy HTC customer
JWill97, 25 Nov 2012Everything successor is just an improved version of it's predecessor. S3 is just an improved v... more920 is not as "revolutionary" as Nokia and Microsoft want you to think, it is only a very small "upgrade" from 900, and even every Eclair Android phone is far better than the WP8 920!
The 920 camera is not even as good as the iPhone camera, and the only, only, good thing about the 920 camera is in low light and when taking stable videos!
920 is not customizable at all, because choosing and be able to change colour and size of the "tiles" is not real customization, even though Microsoft and Nokia tries to fool you into think it actually is the most "customizable" phone-os of all!
