Updates will depend on the exact dates for commencement of the model, country and operator. Here you will find information on Samsung devices for future software updates. All dates are tentative and page will be updated as new information is available. Samsung Finland can only provide the information that is listed on this page. If the update is delayed or canceled, the customer does not have the right to seek compensation. We reserve the right to change without prior notice. Update information do not apply to operator sim locked devices. Operator sim locked devices receive software updates, a little later (usually 2-4 weeks). When a new update is released, our goal is to make the update available to all users as soon as possible. Servers to prevent overloading of the update will be the distribution stages, so the new software update may not be available on all devices at the same time.

Please friends i'm seriously having a very huge problem with my Note 2, whenever i tried playing games with it, it automatically hangs after few minutes of being used while playing games with it please tell me what to do, it doesn't hang except for the game issue, and secondly i want to upgrade the software if possible to 4.4.2 please tell me how to go about with it, thanks....
