Hello every one.....I want to share some thing to get your opinion on this.....I have bought a note 2 n7100 from local mobile market in abu dhabi for 2250 Dirhams...because from big retailers it is 2699...but my big concern is that I have called 800 samsung to verify the warranty...they said this phone is not from the region uae..this is from europe...the shop keeper has given me the invoice for one year service warranty...now worried to belive samsung aur the shopkeeper...the phone was seal pack...I have opened its wrapper...the works great no issue....but worried....please help me on this......

The REAL SIZE of Note II, real life examples.
I actually have two stories. The latest is from 2 weeks back when im in another city to fix some papers in a government office. After submitting my forms and supporting documents i sit down in the waiting are, was quite full there that day, was gonna take a while so i went online on my beloved Note II. Then i noticed the guy in front of me also had a big phone, it was the original Galaxy Note. I wasnt sure first because these things really does not look that big, slim as they are, without protectors they are quite slim, and they do not need protectors anyway.
The guy next to me was loking from me to the guy in front and back again, he must have noticed the similar sized phones. And after a while i noticed that he reached for his phone as well. And pulled up a huge brick of a phone, so big and thick because of an enormous protector, and deep inside all the protective rubber there was an iphone. Not sure if it was ip4 or 3gs, but since they have 3.5 inch display all of them it doesnt really matter. The point is that he was carrying a much bigger phone than me and the guy in front.
The other was in a supermarket, a guy in the line had his card declined and was making phone calls from an enormous brick of a phone to pretend it wasnt his fault. No money but keeping up appearances, you know the type, and already guessed what phone he had? Yes, the phones that statistically are sold more often on contract because the owners cannot afford to pay them cash, again it was an iphone in an insane protective case, and again much bigger than the Note 2.
So which one is more stupid to hold up to your ear, the big ugly rubber brick or the slim Note II? I dont know how i look when i talk in my Note II (not using headset) but i do know that guy with declined card looked stupid with his brick to the ear.

Tablets with their big bezels and big screens and cant be with you all the time, this has nothing to do with Note 2, if you look at it beside a small tablet youll see that they are not related at all.

Wish of them let them do call either with head set ... more..Glad someone could tell 'that person' that no fool can afford galaxy note or galaxy note II, SIII and please.....Phones are about social class, taste, style, and specifications...like...just like cars. If you can not afford Audi, Benz or BMW you are not supposed to call those who can afford fools/.
I love my galaxy note, I will buy Note II in December, buy Note III whenever it comes, and I am a genius....just to shed some light on some mouthy complainers...

I do neither require 4" smartphone nor 10" tablet now.
Galaxy Note II have solved all those problem.

Now all flag ship devices are 4.8" plus.... people don't even blink at that now days.
I think you buy a phone more to be "cool" rather than based on what you need. I need a phone with a big screen that can be on me at all times. The Note 2 is currently the best device for that purpose.
