Areas of Improvement 1) Have accessories ready when you launch - No Flip cover or screen guard available when I bought it???
2) Dual SIM - how could you miss this one :(

sold my note 1 n finally got thz masterpiece yesterday... what a phone i must say... so fast, butter smooth n i love the air view features, the hover functionality so much... i played with it whole day, so happy... battery backup is excellent... still have half of juice left despite of using it for more than 7 hrs continuously... screen is much better than note 1 thanks for its RGB strips... processor is damn fast n web browsing is much great on thz.... guyz whoever planning to buy it, just go for it dont think anything i bet u wont disappoint after buying thz.. its a worthy upgrade from any phone...

the phone is awesome. it is very fast and it runs everything smooth and clean and the battery, oh boy the battery is awesome. however I'll replace it with the upcoming galaxy s 4 in may 2013 with 40% faster cpu (Exynos 5, dual core Cortex-A15 working at 1.7 ghz) and mali 604 gpu (supports directx11 and opengl es3.0)and the screen will be 5` running on 1280 x 752 :))

aahan khan, 16 Oct 2012S3 is better than note 2........Actually the Note 2 is better as far as build quality, processing power and ram, battery life and screen quality.
Cameras are about the same while the S3 is a bit slimmer and easier to pocket.

bought it yesterday ,the black one ,and its somewhat brownish grey and looks awesome ,white is rather too basic ,that stripe effect is missing in white ,go for black people ,i luv it ,great for movies ,smooth ,no lag ,overall 10/10 to samsung for giving us this beauty

Moosa, 15 Oct 2012I have a Galaxy Note. Should I buy this one or is it not a great improvement?I think it is a great improvement, say:
1. Different look, more curvy and sexy
2. Better screen (my note1 display looked dull compared to note2)
3. Improved s-pen
4. Much improved software
5. Better battery (people say)
So yes, i think it is a worthy upgrade if you have a note 1. I have note 1 and planning to buy note2 early next month

At first, i thought the titan grey looked more sophisticated. It was metallic like and modern. But yesterday when i played with the phone at a retail store, i found the white one was more appealing. It was chic, clean, and shiny. The grey one looked dull and gloomy. Not as attractive as i thought before.
Any suggestion guys? I'm planning to buy it next month.
ps. i currently use the white samsung galaxy note

Sold note 1 and bought note 2, huge step up in terms of speed, battery life and software. I have been using iphone since 1st Gen and tried iphone 5, all i can say is that it feels the same which is boring, not something that surprise me in term of software except the taller screen. 9 out of 10 of my friends sold their iphone 5 and bought note 2, they told me that its the best decision ever. nuff said, the truth speaks for it self

I had this phone this morning and I must say jelly bean os is a monster and note2 hardware is a beast. Battery performance is amazing. This is one of the very best gadget money can buy. Please anyone who want to buy this beauty should not think twice. Bravo samsung I salute u for ur tremendous work. This is what we call innovation. Respect to R&D department of samsung mobile. Am so happy I dont even remember I spent money on this. The grey is so beautiful. Samsung just take my money I will buy your products to show appreciation and support for your good work. Damn! Am in love with my note2
