Russel, 10 Aug 2012Flexible display, so it's shock proof? And will never break ever?I have the Dell Streak with
CORNING® GORILLA® GLASS, it has not broken yet and I have dropped it a bunch of times. I have read alot of reviews that people have broken the glass if it falls the right way though, it just shatters. You can Google or Youtube the Dell Streak craked glass. But Again I will stress I have had no Issues with my CGG... Wish they were still making the Streak in North America though. This will most likely be my next device.
Russel, 10 Aug 2012Flexible display, so it's shock proof? And will never break ever?Although it has more flexibility and is more durable, it is still breakable. It is also a lot thinner than the current glass being used for the original galaxy note, thus allowing a little bit more room for a bigger battery.

This says it'll have Exynos 5250 and that it's quad core. But both these are wrong, as Samsung's new name for the 5250 is the Exynos 5 Dual, which is obviously dual core, not quad core. http://www.samsung.com/global/business/semiconductor/minisite/Exynos/products5dual.html

Anonymous, 08 Aug 2012i m already using samsung galaxy note n7000 and it is quite slow as compared to others samsung... moreslow? what are you running on it? the note is still a top phone out i dont understand how it could be "slow" because there are no apps out there that even start to take advantage of the dual core little lone quad, quad phones are useless at this point in time all you need is a dual core people are getting excited about the "quad core" because it sounds faster due to the more cores but in fact the dual core LTE phone actually run faster and better then the quad core none LTE and there wont be LTE quad core for quite a while
Mine is very fast. Have you rooted your phone? I suggest installing a custom rom if you have not already as that will greatly speed up your phone and will even extend the life of it's battery as it will get rid of bloatware.
Anonymous, 08 Aug 2012i m already using samsung galaxy note n7000 and it is quite slow as compared to others samsung... moreits slow due to software, not phone.
hi, 08 Aug 2012samsung hardware + apple software = my dream phoneYou're basically talking about the iPhone then.
Johnny, 06 Aug 2012Yup my friend.. I use samsung galaxy s2.. And a 4s..
I saw ur previous comment. Battery of ip... moreYes my Friend, my sister got the S3 and you are right. I don't like the new shape, White color is quite ok but not the blue.
the SHAPE of the new S3 is more on Feminine side. S2 is better, very plain, neutral and simple. I just wish that the Note 2 will keep the style of its first version.
Anonymous, 08 Aug 2012i m already using samsung galaxy note n7000 and it is quite slow as compared to others samsung... moreOne of the major reason why your gNote runs very slow is "Bloatware". Samsung got lots of this bloatwares that runs on your background, consume your Memory and battery and it is very annoying. Very simple solution is go to task manager and Kill all running applications and Clear Memory. Hassle but You'll get used to it.
Other or Permanent Solution is to gain ROOT access to your phone and delete bloatwares or unnecessary applications. This will give space on your storage/memory and lower down task of your handset which will result to gain of speed and responsiveness. Also, just install applications that is necessary for you.
Take note: you have to feed your self with knowledge if you're going to root your phone, just make it right everything will be fine, make it wrong, you'll have your self a bricked and useless phone. Also, Rooting your phone will void warranty.
One more thing, if you're going to connect your phone to USB either to charge or use it. Always remove the USB with the screen lights on after using it, lock or unlock is OK but with lights ON. This will stop the background process. If you just remove it without turning the screen on, you'll notice that the battery drain faster.. Other solution is a quick reboot after using it with USB.
Just a few advice =)
Ronen, 08 Aug 2012Well, these are outstanding specs. BUT, would be better with 2GB RAM, rather than just 1.5GB.... moreThe Galaxy S3 in South Korea has 2 gb ram and also quad core
i m already using samsung galaxy note n7000 and it is quite slow as compared to others samsung smart phones ....so expecting note 2 speed would increase or not ?
Wow, the specs are outstanding! I can't wait till 29! Samsung is going to give Apple a big knockout! :))
