abhi2092, 28 Nov 2014my note 2 is currently running android 4.1.2 JB..
should i upgrade it to 4.4.2 or it is bette... morenever even think of it man. plse, because when I upgraded it to 4.4.2, I started having tonnes of problems in my phone. my bluetooth range became extremly low, battery backup too, my phone heats even if I call someone and many more like unconditional beep-beep sounds and all. I just had to look for solution because of that. everything got simply messed up in my phone.
I showed this to care, they somehow made fallacy conclusion that everything is simply fine.
that's not all, I searched for solution on web, then I got to know that everything is just because of this goddammn 4.4.2. I again took it to care for downgrade to jellybean but to simply no avail, they refused to do so man.
then I asked local shops of mobile. one of them agreed to downgrade to jellybean 4.3 in exchange of some premium. after this downgrade. my all problems fled away and everything simply became normal in my phone, every single thing except only one thing that it still heats just a little from top only either while playing videoes or if I use 3g net.
so don't even think of it man. someday I will look for an alternative to get 4.1.3 in note 2.
and above all note 2 is the best phone I ever had, I'm using this from 16 months.

But, if you like to help him erase all stuff on it's phone, perhaps yoi can help him...if your phone is not rooted thru performing phone boot operation and explain him in here like this; click and hold all thre buttons till the screen "samsung galaxy note ll gt-N7100" is shown or timing, then next what to click and how many times by guessing, as actually my both note2 are rooted and can't remember how to do that without seeing it on screen.

Sanju, 19 Nov 2014Hi, i purchased a new note 2 and used about 1 year. after 2 month this phone got stuck in norm... morei never had a problem with Mine. and mine was for purchased at the very moment the Note 2 was released.
the only problem before was the battery draining too fast
after i uninstalled any antivirus and battery Optimizer. no more draining problems

sharan byali, 21 Nov 2014tks yaar, but now i have installed gravity sensor its really super each time not necessary to ... moreThis app keeps ur proximity sensor awake all time consuming huge battery..besides u may burn ur proximity sensor soon .so think again.

I am using note 2, but it is hang up on every 2 days once. RAM free space is available 50%. memory card also free space available, phone memory also available. but i dont know what is reason for hanging. pls tell me reason if anybody knows.
