Anonymous, 10 Sep 2017I cannot receive pictures from a text. I tried everything. Tracfone said to turn off my wifi???Check you are using the right APN for TracFone. Just google tracFone apn, it should show you how to change it.

I am on my 2nd Samsung Galaxy 5 in 2 years. Had my 1st one 13 months, and one day, without warning, it just froze and completely died. My husband & I took it to the AT&T store and told them what happened. They saw for themselves it was unresponsive-wouldn't even charge. They took it apart to examine it. Were very surprised that the inside looked so well, considering it was nothing but a paperweight by this time. To me, that makes it glaringly obvious that it is a defective phone. But was AT&T willing to stand behind a product I had bought in good faith? Of course not! I had insurance, so I had to pay a $100 deductible, and they sent me a replacement phone-exact same kind. Have had it 16 months, now it is going bonkers. Won't hold a charge, most of my apps won't come up, it drops calls, the list goes on. But what perplexes/steams me is that I was penalized. I should NOT have had to pay a deductible on a defective phone! It would be different had I been abusing it, throwing it around, or dropping it in the toilet. Anyway, was just wondering if anyone else had experienced this injustice. Thankfully my upgrade is coming up. I better not be cheated again!

I purched Samsung on5 Mobile from flipkart but some serious issue like network connectivity and light censer issue i am not satisfied with this phone so i did complaint please return my mobile but they did not return my mobile. i parched 3 mobiles from last 2 years and other product but nowadays flipkart giving worst service after purchasing product forget any issue they can not salve your issue. Flipkart one of the worst Shopping portal.We can not expect good service from this portal so stay away from this portal better to go Amazon nowadays they provide good service you can return if you not satisfied..

To technical team. smart phone need at least 2gp ram and 16/32gp enternal storage because inbuild apps loaded and occupied 90% of the storage. There is no chance for other apps and files to store. The external storage system is very difficult to manage and often failed miserably. Can't transfer files. Too much andriod virus attack and outdated android advertisements. Ur team may upgrade/corrected it for users.

Then select Application Manager. This in turn will bring up a list of your Apps. You then select an App. and a list of options will come up, select the fist one it should be labeled Storage. The next page will then ask if you want to change the storage type, if you select Change you can transfer all data for an App, to your exterior storage aka your external memory card.
