Jual Halder, 22 Jan 2017i am Very Satisfied Becauce I am Using Samsung Galaxy On7.Will you tell me please...that it has 2 dedicated sim slot or alter with memory card ?
Rahul, 27 Feb 2017How to insert sim card and memory card in on 7 proOpen the back battery cover. Than remove the battery. Now you can insert one SIM on the left slot. SIM 2 slot will inserted under the memory card slot first. Than you can insert the SIM 2. Now close the battery cover properly. Restart the device. Once your device is restarted you can select from setting which SIM will use which type of network. Remember both SIMs will work 4G, but not at same time. Tip: if have a JIO and wants to use VoLTE, than insert it on the first SIM slot marked as SIM1. Regards.
Anonymous, 22 Feb 2017Is this phn hav heating prob..???? Of Normal use phone get Heating problem
Does anyone know where can i get the stock firmware file of on7 pro.I searchd google and found the firmwre file for on7 only (not pro). Please help.
Anonymous, 22 Feb 2017Is this phn hav heating prob..????Nope. It does not hear up in normal usage like calling, messaging, web surfing, music playing, document editing or video watching etc as it has a old but proven snapdragon 410 processor (like my old Lumia 540). But if you push it hard like heavy gaming or multitasking or surfing than it may heat up. Overall if you Compare this device to other similar priced device like Mi Note 3 or LeCoo 1S; than it is very cool device.
JassE, 22 Feb 2017Actually I want to but this phone (ON7Pro). currently i was using J72015 but its display got b... moreHonestly saying I am using an On7 Pro since last October for normal usage. It looks great like note and can handle most of the common stuffs. I tried few light games such as temple run, hay day, temple run 1/2 and hill climb racing 1/2; they worked well. The old snapdragon dual core processor combined with 2Gb RAM is good. But I will not advice you to play heavy games like Asphalt, Dead Triger etc.it may run but may be feel laggy. If you need a device only for gaming, than at this price you can try Mi (Note 3/4) or Lenevo (K4/K5) devices. They have better specs and also comes with gyroscope. So you can enjoy VR on the device also. As for display part, it cost a lot for any display unit for any device as it is the most important part. If your display is broken than it is better to go for a new device rather than repairing the old one as the original part will cost more than the device itself and a duplicate part is not a reliable like original. Regards.
Actually I want to but this phone (ON7Pro). currently i was using J72015 but its display got broken. i want to know is this phone is good in gaming. or secondly how much its display cost if its also get damaged in future bcoz j72015 is aroud 5000-6000. and i think j7 has Super amoled display that's y its costly. or on7pro has TFT display.
Thanks in advance.
Sandeep3162, 20 Feb 2017I'm planning to buy Samsung ON7 Pro. But I'm concerned whether the memory card slot uses the S... moreOn7 Pro has proper 3 slots. 2 for SIMs and 1 for memory card. So you can use 2 SIMs and 1 memory card all the time. I am using this feature from day one. Also remmeber that both thr 2 SIMs work together in 2G/3G/4G/LTE network one at a time. You can select which SIM use will which type of network. I use a JIO SIM on SIM1 for data and Voda on SIM2 for calling.
As for camera. It has 13 MP back camera and 8 MP front camera which works well in normal lighting. But front camera has no flash. Overall the images looks enough sharp and better than similar priced devices. They will work enough for a casual user.
You can read my full review of On7 pro (Black) review in Amazon with the same name. Also I have uploaded few images taken by the camera. So you can check them in Amazon and make a choice. Regards.
I'm planning to buy Samsung ON7 Pro. But I'm concerned whether the memory card slot uses the Sim 2 slot (hybrid slot) or there's a separate slot each for both sims and memory card.. This is an important feature for me..
Secondly, how's the camera performance as compared to its contemporary models of other brands (both front and rear)?
Your valuable opinion will be highly appreciated.. Thanks in advance..
Nanusangrola, 18 Feb 2017I bought on7 pro one week ago and it is hanging too much i buy it online from Amazon now what ... moreI have an On7 Pro from last October 2016; I use it heavily for normal usage. But not for gaming. Anyway my device did not hanged once. I also bought my device from Amazon and you can read my review there. I think On7 Pro is is ideal device with snapdragon DOC, big battery and Marshmallow OS.
Anyway I will not advice you to return the device as it is not clear it is your usage is problem or device itself.
Hanging happen due to many results. Like...
1) using too many heavy apps at same time. So only keep open those apps you are using. Close all unneccersy apps.
2) using very high graphics games such as Asphalt in full setting. If you play games like this than set the visual setting to minimum.
3) using a old class 4/6 micro SD memory card from a old device. Current devices works best with only class 10 memory card. So, make sure you have a new card.
4) your internal memory cache is full. Android needs some temporary files to run well. So you have to keep at least 1 GB memory free in your ROM or internal memory. Please go to settings and run smart Manager every few days to clean all. This will delete old cache file and release memory. Also uninstall/disable any unused apps.
5) Check for latest OS updates and install them. Samsung releases updates every month and these update makes your device better. Also make sure all your apps are up to date.
6) please do not install any APK file or copy from untrusted source, it may have virus which is hanging your device. Install a security app like Jio Security (for Jio users) or clean Master and run it once to make sure your device has no malicious stuffs.
7) follow all above steps and I am sure your device will work greatblike mine. If not than do a factory reset and format the memory card.

cookiemunster, 03 Feb 2017I have a Reliance Sim that I have been using in my Blackberry Curve...but it doesn't fit the s... moreBlackberry curve is an old phone, so it supports normal SIMs which is full size SIM. Now a days all of the smartphone or tab only supports Micro or Nano SIMs. ON 7 pro also supports Micro SIM. So, you can do two things. First one is visit a nearby phone repairing store and ask them to cut the big SIM into Micro SIM. They will do it and than you can put it on the On 7 pro. Or, second thing is as On 7 pro supports 4G SIM, you can visit the office of the SIM provider (e.g. Vodaphone, Airtel, Idea etc) and ask them to provide a new 4G SIM replacing the old SIM. They will ask for your ID proof and it will cost nothing. This two way you can use your old number with the new On 7 pro. Tip 1: as On 7 pro has two SIMs you can get a new JIO SIM by using your Aadhaar Card and use it free for 31st March 2017. Tip 2: please do not try to cut your old SIM by yourself. It will destroy it.
Hope my reply will help you. Regards.
