ICS - it has a few GB updates but no there will never be any ICS.
This 70 Plus is not worth the money, wait for the Player 5.8 it has ICS.

I have the 70 Plus player.
GOOD: Everything is much faster than player 5.0 (USA) / player 70 (international). The hardware is identical to Galaxy S2 i9100G version.
BAD: (1) Bad screen compared to player 5.0 - not sharp, color is faded. (2) Cannot play HD flash video embedded in browser (not with youtube app) - player came with Adobe flash player 10. Ungrade to flash player 11 cause browser to crash or black screen and no video. Flash player 10 can only play up to 480p video. My player 5.0 can play 720p flash video smoothly in the browser.
