It can compete with Moto E only if it has:
1. Qualcomm chipset with GLONASS
2. Compass sensor
3. Price have to be much lower than Moto E

I bought my 7 yr old son a pocket neo, not a single issue with it whatsoever. I was afraid to buy him something more expensive so I'm quite happy with the choice. Other producers do not have anything in this performance and price range and the build quality is good enough for the money.
