i m using this mobile from last 20 days its look is very good but batter timing is very poor i m facing so many problem during using no. prcedure is given in manual book for that phone and also no accessories are except charger in the box no hand free no data cable i can understand why company shot listed the accessires i cant understand please packed all in future for batter name in mobile region .

I've just bought myself Gt s5302 recently. Being a new user, I had to follow your user manual which is hopeless and not user friendly nor does it provide detailed operating instructions. Your website also do not have the details. Please do something immediately! Thank you and waiting for a quick response.

What is wrong with my phoe. I cannot connect to the internet using wifi. It gives me eror message said Error whenever i turn off/on my wifi. Why? and I cannot use it for an more than 2 hours.
