Pocket is awesum, i heard people complainng abt the bettery, my answer there's nthng wrong with the bettery. 2 u who are complainng abt the bettery u broke the rules, u were suppose 2 charged the phone for more than 9hours then after ur bettery phone wil last for 8hours evrytime when its full!

galaxy ace is better than the galaxy pocket... even though the internal memory is up to 3gigabytes.

samsung galaxy pocket is nice phone. the main part of this mobile the 3GB internal memory. the small and medium anroid phone .best buy mobile.

Basically, this phone is good for rookies coming into the android world. Its cheap and easy to use. But I advise whoever is ambitious shouldn't last more than a month or two with this phone before upgrading.

samsung galazy pocket is nice with internal memory of 3 gb with all functions of the android phone which one looking for, but the bad thing is that its battery work for only 2 hours max if you use the internet and other applications. for this...

AnonD-4340, 16 Sep 2012you cant minimize programs in android, the OS will decide what to close and not. More RAM help... moreNever cpmplain like dat w/o knowing the facts. Do u know wts the use of HOME key in Android phones??? It is there to minimize the apps lolz.

pls guys dont buy sg pocket or Y or ace...these sets have limited choice of apps because of its low resulation and cpu..thats why these phones dont support games like temple run,asphalt and so on...i have bought galaxy pocket 2 months ago nw i decided to sell it..its btr to buy xperia mini pro or x8 which support much more apps than these galaxy sets...

munna, 17 Sep 2012but i used nokia 5233 symbian for 1 year. it had no problem with minimize. it's ram is only 12... moreman you can do it! multitasking is the most important thing in android! just make sure to not make the ram full here ( it is samsung fault not android) or just buy xperia mini or sony ericsson live with walkman!)

Tsiel, 17 Sep 2012I want to buy Galaxy Pocket. Can somene tell me about its RAM. Is this 3 Gb helping in processing?The RAM is supposedly around 290MB for this phone. 3GB is the total internal memory/storage, some of it is used already for the OS and default apps.
To answer your question directly: NO, the 3GB does not help in performance.

Get the Pocket, or move up to Xperia Tipo. Or, actually you should move up to Tipo in any case, its a lot more phone for the money, with twice the screen resolution, Android 4.0, twice as fast processor, +++. The Tipo has greatness you will not find in any other budget phone, even HTC Explorer is put to shame by the cheaper Tipo.

I have samsung galaxy pocket postpaid plan, but i have some query about its effectiveness of its antenna signal, mine is always on emergency call mode. it seems that it always searching for a cell site. thus this case can be repair/fix on setting? I need some idea from anybody... thanks
