My SGP lasts for 4 days. Weird. I guess some units have battery defects. It just happened that what I got was perfect. I'm just wondering. What are good games that would run smoothly on this phone besides Angry Birds? :) Thanks! BTW I think Samsung sacrificed things like adobe flash player compatibility. small RAM, for a faster OS. Mine hasn't hung and I bought this just last month. Mine is white.

jasper grantus, 04 Jul 2012are you sure??? but I guess galaxy y is already faced out!Its still available here in philippines it comes with new package the samsung galaxy y plus, with free back cases.
Its been years of using a smart phones if u do something stupid it will definately freeze like installing defective software, full phone memory and the list goes on.

Just bought the piece a few days ago....fit for pocket,nice in handling,a very godd sensitive touch screen.battery life is not too good,but as such in most android phones.the android version 2.3 gingerbread is efficient in its working speed.Speaker volume a bit less,but play through headset is much good.I prefer pocket than Y and the price diff is 500 less than Y.

if your phone'a battery life is short and has low/no network connection.,
go to settings > wireless and network > mobile networks > network mode., then change it to GSM (2G) cause., auto mode (3G) consumes battery life faster and WCDMA (dont know why) but has lesser signal.. haha anyways thats what was suggested to me from where i bought the mobile., and it worked.. haha

The speed is not faster than the galaxy Y, but it the internal mem is way big than the galaxyY.
