ramanrjain, 02 Jul 2012I am not able to get 3G internet connection on S5300 Samsung Pocket phone. It shows only EDGE.... moreYes there is solution. go to settings>wireless and networks>mobile networks>Network mode. click on it. choose option WCDMA only or GSM/WCDMA (auto mode) you will get the 3g.

it is a good phone but it has some problems i bought mine 4 days ago and the battery is bad sometimes it shut switches off

i dial the number of my friend it will just display no network connection ......
but my ordinary phone Starmobile has signal has network connection
i was able to call and text to my friend...
